Nilo Timkang serves as pastor of King Jesus Community in the Philippines as well as a national church planter for Independent Gospel Missions. He has a passion for the lost and is currently reaching out to four different regions. One of these places now has a regular Sunday service. He has an active discipleship ministry and has trained people to preach and serve at this new church. He also leads a thriving children's ministry at his own church. He and his family minister to 150 children weekly through Bible classes. They are in the midst of training volunteers to serve in this vibrant ministry. He also conducts seminars on marriage. Before becoming a pastor and a church planter, he served as a social worker, assisting children with their school and medical needs. Pastor Nilo's wife and ministry partner is Juliet, and they have four children: Hazel, Jashen, Roi, and Arvin.
